Support and Transitional Services

We understand that women and youth who seek us out for education and job training are often dealing with personal and financial challenges that can prevent them from completing WINTER programs. That's why we offer holistic programming of support services to help at-risk youth, and women, to help them break down the barriers impeding their ability to accomplish their educational and employment goals. Our specific supportive services include:

• Case management and connection to social services providers

• Assistance with proper work attire and tools

• Assistance with transportation (funding permitting)

• Training stipends (funding permitting)

• Employment referrals and placement

• On going mentoring programs
