1995
- November 17 - First Board of Director’s founding meeting was held.
1996
- April 1 - Incorporated as a non-profit organization
- Awarded the first Women In Apprenticeship and Non Traditional Occupations (WANTO) grant
- Offered the first non-traditional career exploration class for women at Abram Friedman Occupational Center
1997
- Pre-apprenticeship preparation training program began
1998
- Opened office in the Long Beach Plaza mall
- Published lists of nontraditional careers with wages and career ladders
1999
- Started “Women Build” a program to trained women in construction skills in collaboration with Habitat for Humanity-Long Beach
- Published a Curriculum for Trainees Exploring Blue Collar Career
2004
- Expanded services to Los Angeles residents
- Environmental Education and Remediation - Green Jobs training program began
2005
- Opened our 1st training facility
- Held the first "Redefining Women's Work"fundraising event
2007
- Opened the Rosie the Riveter Charter High School
2008
- Opened Los Angeles office
- Received "Organization Advancing the Status of Women" Award by Soroptimist International
2009
- Established the WINTERGreen Employment Services
2011
- Established YouthBuild Program at Rosie the Riveter High School
