Adult Programs Coordinator Bertha Campos

 

Bertha Campos serves as the Pre-Apprenticeship Coordinator for adult programs of Women In Non Traditional Employment Roles (WINTER). In this capacity she is responsible for the highest quality work to promote excellence, achieve gender equality, and improve access to high-wage non-traditional jobs for women.

Before coming to WINTER, Ms. Campos’ experience include more than seven years working with at-risk youth and young adults in the environmental field, supervising programs and high quality services in one of the country’s largest local conservation corps, and responsible for administration of programs and grantors. She has worked closely with City of LA officials, corps-members education, employment training, self-sufficiency programs and environmental education.


Bertha holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from Westwood College.
